About Us
Welcome to the
South Shore Black Community Association
At the SSBCA, we are dedicated to fostering a sense of unity and empowerment within our community. Our mission is to bring people together through engaging, community-based events that celebrate our shared heritage and promote cultural awareness.

We believe in the power of education and support, which is why we proudly offer annual scholarships to deserving students, helping to pave the way for future leaders. Each year, we also come together to honor and celebrate Black History Month with events and activities that highlight the rich history and contributions of the Black community.

Join us in our efforts to build a stronger, more connected community. Whether you’re attending our events, applying for a scholarship, or participating in our Black History Month celebrations, there’s a place for you at SSBCA. Together, we can create lasting change and inspire future generations.
